Top Dog has been our signature blend for years. The one behind the counter in the hospitality sites we supply, pulled thousands of times a day without anyone giving it a second thought.

That’s the point. A signature blend’s job is to be unshakeable: the same cup at 7am on a Tuesday as it is at the tail end of a Saturday rush.

Three origins do that job together. Brazil Mogiana brings the body. Colombia Huila brings structure and clarity. Honduras Copán rounds it out.

None of them are guesses, we’ve walked the farms in Brazil and Honduras ourselves, and our recent trip to Colombia rounded the circle. Every origin in this blend is one we’ve stood in, not just sourced on paper.

How does it taste?

Notes – Butterscotch, hazelnut, chocolate biscuit

It’s built to work everywhere coffee actually gets drunk: espresso, milk-based drinks, cafetière, filter, dairy or alternative milk, without losing itself either way.

After years of customers asking to buy the coffee they’d fallen for in the café, Top Dog is now available in 200g retail bags, the same blend, unchanged, made for a home machine instead of a commercial one.

Wholesale partners can still get it in larger formats, backed by POS materials and Caffeine Academy training.
